Ok before I start... Yes I've researched, just looking for options.

First off, I believe that I am prone to prolactin gyno as I had it as a teenager during puberty. I've done several ph cycles, I've had what I believe to be prolactin gyno come and go under both nipples. They are hard lumps with no discharge. They come and go so I don't think it's true estrogen related gyno.

Currently I have a 1"x.5" lump under my right nipple. I have been running b6 at 500mg ED and it seems to be slowly fading. I'm currently on my 3rd week of test @ 500mg and it feels like my left nipple has a very small lump under it. I'm running Arimidex at .5 mg EOD (didn't start until 1.5 weeks in). I just started tamoxifen just in case. Started at 10mg Ed.

My questions are:
1) does this seems like prolactin issues or true gyno?
2) since I have no sensitivity in the left nipple should I even worry with the novala?
3) should I stay on the b6 or switch to something else?

get some labs right now on cycle and they will answer all your questions...

you need to bump the Adex if your getting lumps on 500mg ew....clearly it isnt enough...

aromasin is a better AI suited for your situation most likely...but since you have adex try 1mg the day after you inject and .5mg the other days..

the nolvadex will help with the binding to the breast tissue but it wont lower estrogen levels in the body which is still the big concern..

Could not have said it all better myself. Well done...and a good job explaining it. Encore brotha!

On the blood test, do I need to ask for in particular for the blood test? Do I need estrogen tested for specifically?

Get a male hormone panel done, Or to save a few dollars you can get the female hormone panel.

Both will show you what you need.

Here is what you need to do, my friend.

1. If your bodyfat is above 12%, lower it. You are sensitive to gyno, you should be lean. End of story.
2. Lower your test, take some masteron. There are a lot of fake/bunk/underdosed AI's floating around. You're more likely to find real masteron.

Now is not the time to get huge, I'm sorry.

Labs first.

I too am prone to gyno.

I am taking 25mg of aromasin Ed, 0.5 mg of Armidex ed and 200mg of forma stanzol Ed.

This may sound extreme, but it works for me. That is with labs and AI's are legit. I am just that prone.

I have to use combos to make it work. Extra aromasin by itself doesn't cut it.

I'm currently at 10% just had it measured last week. I think I screwed myself by waiting to take the armidex...

I will get labs Wednesday morning, but should I go ahead and order aromasin and possible letro?

Also is 10mg of nolva Ed enough to keep the estrogen from binding?

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
To answer your question,Yes 10 mgs of Tamox is sufficient however if you have 20mgs and can spare, that would be ideal.. I'm no Phd,but I would suggest till you get more blood work is to attack the estrogen and stopping it from binding on the receptors is a first step. Estrogen is the regulator of prolactin, you must control elevated PrL levels by first controlling Estrogen levels once you inhibit it from binding, it's harmless free flowing..The next step would be combating prolactin from the source by controlling the estro..Cabar or bromo would be my suggestion..

Having blood work ran now. I told the dr what's going on and he was totally cool with it.
We sat and talked about my cycle for awhile. He was impressed at all the research I had done and he himself was very familiar with running AAS.

Ill let everyone know how they turn out. I will stay on the novla and armidex at a higher dosage until I get them back. Thanks for all the info!!

Post your labs when you get em back...interested to see what ya have going on..

Ok results are not quite what I thought they would be... They came back with the note: possible doesing issue should be discussed. lol

Estrogen 80 normal range: 40-115
Prolactin 6.3 normal range: 3-30

What hell does this mean?? When I look online it shows normal levels for estrogen should be less than 50.

I just posted on another Gyno topic, I ended up just having the surgery, now I know better!

Estrogen ranges vary depending on who does the labs or whomever's chart you look at .....but in males 15-60 is where my labs range at....so 80 is high...

Actually the range you posted is the range for a perimenupause female...I'm guessing you may have gotten a female panel for that particular person..

Regardless your gyno prone hence issues at puberty...if your getting lumps on 500mg Test ew adjust AI/SERM as noted earlier or bit the bullet and have surgery...that would solve all the issues for good..

Letrozol will usually take care of lumps if they are estrogen because it is an eliminator not a blocker nolva is a blocker.
