Ok before I start... Yes I've researched, just looking for options.
First off, I believe that I am prone to prolactin gyno as I had it as a teenager during puberty. I've done several ph cycles, I've had what I believe to be prolactin gyno come and go under both nipples. They are hard lumps with no discharge. They come and go so I don't think it's true estrogen related gyno.
Currently I have a 1"x.5" lump under my right nipple. I have been running b6 at 500mg ED and it seems to be slowly fading. I'm currently on my 3rd week of test @ 500mg and it feels like my left nipple has a very small lump under it. I'm running Arimidex at .5 mg EOD (didn't start until 1.5 weeks in). I just started tamoxifen just in case. Started at 10mg Ed.
My questions are:
1) does this seems like prolactin issues or true gyno?
2) since I have no sensitivity in the left nipple should I even worry with the novala?
3) should I stay on the b6 or switch to something else?
