gopro said:With the particular machine I was referring to, I get a better stretch and contraction using one arm at a time. In addition, I am a huge proponent of uni-lateral training in general.
CowPimp said:I agree with you on the unilateral training. I think it is vastly underused. I am starting to implement it back into my training. Not only is it great for balance, but that additional load placed on core musculature and the shift in function for some of the ancillary musculature used during the movement is of great benefit.
