i think all those tools haven't helped you as much as your self discipline and lifestyle. they are just like buffing up a great car to make it shine a bit more.
i'd get a boob lift maybe if i dared to. i said to one younger member on here that older women might not be as exciting as he thinks. that you take your bra off and your boobs aren't in the same place. he said "they're still boobies. " lol. thank god guys aren't as picky with our bodies as we usually are.

I think boob jobs are 100% okay. There is no exercise or diet that'll keep body parts from sagging. Getting a boob job isn't "cheating."
Having said that, if I can motorboat 'em, it's all good.
if the just used your skin ti lift them that'd be ok but they cut into your actual breast tissue. that's too much for me. i'll just exercise all the muscles that help hold them up. painting my apt should be a little extra boost too.

Little Wing, all this surgery is fine if that,s what you want. But I for one am more attracted to the book rather than the cover. If you really like someone does it matter if her boobs sag, or his belly is a bit big, we all have bits we dont like.
i think i'm fine as is. having two kids i would not risk losing my life for some vain surgery. they are still boobies after all. 
The bottom line is that men look at whole pictures and women tend to look at the pieces that make up the whole picture. They are much more critical, especially of themselves. IMO
