has naps improved shipping for SURE?

I for one would order from naps if he could get the ta time down to say 2 to 3 weeks..what i have been hearing is just way to long for me..i hope it gets more under control

All my orders have been on point. The one small issue I had was resolved immediately by gxr.

I couldn't be happier with the products and service here. Their product line up can't be touched by an other sponsor on here. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Customer service has always been on point IMO.

Hahahah what part? I'm east coast in between Dundee and Aberdeen. Lived in glasgow as well for 7 years, I was scum fae drum :v

No doubt you will get your goods, they always have delivered in good time with me.

anabolic im going on 4 months with no package and no status on the tracking number . whats the deal bro??you guys got tons of good stuff, but the customer satisfaction is not very well i think i speak for others as well. i cant pm you dont got enough posts. i dont want to fill out a ticket i been doin that its gettin me no where

If you are in a country that offers reship, open one more ticket and request one. PM is the easiest way to work this out, GXR64 is the man, I am just his sidekick but will help all I can. Go to the welcome thread and just welcome everyone, get those 50 posts and let's get this sorted out.

pretty much the same story here. In 5 years of countless orders, I've had probably 2 or 3 issues, which were handled quickly once I addressed them.

Products are great, prices are great, for the most part shipping is great. The issue here is most of the guys on Ironmag are new to naps in the last 6 months when their shipping issues started. So they have "bad" experiences and make threads immediately instead of trying to contact naps or a rep. What a mess!

The other thing to think about is the fact that even with all the shipping delays the past 6 months, I placed several orders in that time and only had one go over 4 weeks. Was I lucky? Or am I typical of about 95-97% of naps customers? If they send out 1000 orders and 950 get to their destination on time and 50 don't...who makes threads? The 50 guys that didn't get their shit! The other 950 are busy pinning gears and working out.

Now consider they are shipping out 20,000 orders a month. Probably 500 to maybe 1000 of those go over the time or get lost/snagged/whatever. 19,000 to 19,500 still get to their destinations on time. But now you've got 500-1000 bros all making threads and bitching on forums. They all find each other too. Now they are saying how bad naps is, but in reality they represent 3-5% of naps customers. 95%-97% is still an excellent satisfaction score...just don't ask the 3%-5%. lol!

Customer service is always quick to answer tickets. They still are and always have been good at that, plus gear and prices are great too. Naps was the best out there until these major shipping issues came about. I'll be honest and say that even though I've been waiting since May for my order, And am pretty upset about the situation, I would still order from Naps in the future if, and only if, there are other people on here that confirm shipping is back to normal, and i mean customers that have actually done it, not reps telling me that. No offense to the reps, I believe what they're saying, but I just need some other sort of confirmation. Until then I'm gonna try euro-k out for a small order and hopefully everything will be back to normal soon with naps. I will say this though, I'm sure the combination of the sale that Naps had, z shutting down for a little while, and the simple fact that it's summer time, probably had a lot to do with them getting backed up. It's almost like it was the perfect storm for disaster but I'm confident they will recover shortly. Fingers crossed.

not to mention they took the brunt of the business from genxxl shutting down at the same time too.

I've been ordering for almost over a year now. It sucks to wait, but you do get some really good product. So, in this case, take the good with the bad. I'd also say this: if they say they have gotten the wait times under control, it's a good assumption that they're not bullshitting. It's a business like anything else-they WANT repeat customers.
 
Waiting sucks, that is why Naps moved shipping locations. No one wants to wait for their stuff, but how great is the gear once it arrives? And with new shipping and it getting there faster, it's gonna be great!!

Placed my first order it was shipped roughly a week ago i hope the new t/a times are accurate! Looking forward to it
 
where did u get the gear tested? was it local or online? I want to get some gear tested
