Yeah, I don't like sugary pop at all but my blood sugar felt low so I had some soda.
 
Today is a low carb and low fat day so proteins have been bumped up a bit.

Meal 4 is 65 grams of whey isolate.

low carb days suck! couldnt imagine it being with low fat

Meal 6 1.5 scoops whey isolate and 1 scoop complete protein rx

Then stop doing it and eat some feel good food, EVERY DAY all day and cut back on some cardio, watch tv instead.:D
 
I am a simple guy there are no numbers there? I see what you ate for meal 4 and 5, but does not tell me what your daily intake was?

Arm training

Threw my back out last week doing standing EZ curls and it is slowly feeling better. I decided to skip the EZ curls tonight and go straight to preacher curls.

Preacher Curl Machine (plate loaded)

30 reps x 95lbs~felt F'ing strong. Euro-pharmacy is kicking full throttle now. Strong, clean gear!

I only go low carb/ low fat 3 days per week so its not too bad.


You got a plan Heavy stick with it. When cutting I made the mistake of going lowcarb/fat for too long and had terrible fatigue couldn't figure out what was wrong but cycling made all the difference. Feel great now and getting cut the fuck up!
 
Have been on for about 4 weeks now with a 2 week pre light load, and have noticed by accident that a soda here and there has done wonders for muscle fullness, and just a good feeling.... I remember Jay Cutler saying he would have Coke post workout frequently
