I have been running a similar program to what HI has. It's tough. It's probablly one of the most difficult experiences someone can go through physically.

I think what a lot of people do not understand is there are outside factors to this such as a spouse, children, work AND throw a diet with tons of cardio on top of the weight training you're already doing. That's A LOT of time away from doing things that you would normally do or enjoy (like watching football).

When you finish a program as intense as this the LAST thing you want to do is weigh food, do cardio or go to the gym. You need some time to get your head right and reset. Eating like crap for a little while is just a reward for all of the ass busting you've done the month's prior.

He will always have the pictures that he had up in his avatar in the past and 99.9% of people on here would kill to have that look.

Life isn't about who's the biggest, leanest all of the time, if it were easy EVERYONE would be jacked and 7% bodyfat year round while eating pizza and donuts.
 
Ok, I have my nutrition plan all laid out for the next few weeks thanks to Total Package.



Today will be a low carb day and I will push fluids.

meal 1. Oats, protein powder, eggs and coffee this am.
meal 2. Fish, brown rice, brocolli.
meal 3. Lean beef, cabbage, brocoli and peanut butter.
meal 4. IML's whey isolate shake and peanut butter.
meal 5. Chicken, peanut butter and a small salad.
meal 6 IML's complete protein shake and peanut butter.

I am scheduled for 45min of elliptical interval cardio tonight. This is going to be a shock to my body. I have been eating high cals/carbs and not training lately. I use lean fuel extreme by IronMagLabs when hunger pangs hit with diet green tea. I will keep water high today, around 2 gallons total.

Old fashion rolled oats. I buy 5lbs at a time.

1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup water

Microwave on high for 90 seconds, splash of low fat milk to cool the oats after cooking and mix in 1 scoop of whey isolate protein powder. If I need fats I will add walnuts.

Sounds nice! I will have to try that, My wife cooked up some Protein muffins for me the other day that was pretty cool.

My diet will move around a bit so my 1st meal can vary but its usually just the carbs that adjust. For example I might do 1 cup oats, 1 cup water, splash of low fat milk. 2 scoops of vanilla whey isolate (after the oats cool) and a tablespoon of crunchy peanut butter.

Check out the stats on the IML whey isolate. Very clean product.

Ok, just took a Lean Fuel Extreme cap 30 minutes ago or so. Feels like I just slammed some coffee. I washed it down with a diet green tea. This product works well to suppress my appetite.

Naw, I don't need insulin. Believe it or not I keep things very basic when I cycle. Now, over the years I have experimented with all kinds of compounds and doses but if an average guy can't meet his goals on 2-3 basic compounds something is usually wrong with his nutrition, training or recovery. Either that or he is a pro and needs that extra edge.
