Ugh. Threw my back out at the gym tonight doing EZ curls. Thankfully there was a guy there that adjusted my back but I'm in some pain. I finished the session doing isolation exercises only. It's an old injury so I think I can work around it but this feels bad. I will ice it and apply heat tonight. I am going to attempt cardio here in a bit so we will see. LOL! This is a curve ball but no biggie.
