Sorry to hear that bro!! I hit the hot tub last night back feels a lot better! Will take it a little easy tonight. Just hang in their bro! I know you can still pull it off you have enough wisdom to work around it!

Try a chiropractor. Get a young male so he's strong enough to do something. If it still hurts it's still out. I hate back pain. I actually took pain pills for a week last year when mine was out. That's more than I took when I had a ligament reattached to my thumb. It's not worth it to live with back pain.

I felt it out today and I have lost a ton of power. I just went lighter and did what I could for chest and shoulders. Interestingly enough I could not do any type of sit up without intense pain.

There was a guy at the gym that put it back in place as soon as I did it. He worked me over pretty good.

I have had this injury before. The pain is usually about 1-2 weeks if I'm careful. Basically I cannot twist and lift at the same time or it will reoccur. If it continues more than 2 weeks I will see a doc but I think I will be fine. It feels ok when I lay down which is good news.

I usually don't go until I've given it a week or so....but I'm not usually in a contest! Hopefully it's better fast.
 
back stuff aint no joke there is a differences between hurt and injured . way to stay strong heavy this is something i have been learning to deal with my self . they say once you hurt your back its only a matter of time before it recurs .
 
Yeah, the first time this happened was about 10 years ago. It has always been a little off since. The pain is still there this morning so I will feel out a leg routine today.

first i compressed my back but that was only a few days then I scored an infection...in my quad
 
You got an infection from the rmn stuff? Interesting.......
