On the real bud, weight loss is a simple formula. Calories in (minus) Calories burned..
As long as your a deficit your good. Steadily deduct accordingly.

Ah, who am I kidding...no one cares about Canadian politics.

:roflmao:

666, what do those calories come out to be? It's great to hear that you're taking control of your body. I'm sure the doctor will be impressed with your progress.

Gets me thru every workout! :rocker:

Its kinda sad - I went looking for new music again recently, as most everything I have, I've had on my ipod / DVD player / walkman since the early 90s. Metallica, old KISS, Judas Priest, etc. So I get on iTunes looking for something new. What do I end up w/? More 80s & 90s stuff. Metal Church, Dio, Iron Maiden, more Priest, some Scorps, etc. There appears to be shit in terms of music since Metallica Reload. Very sad indeed.

Hang on Hang on whats wrong with that. I did the same thing lol. Are we getting old or just better with age :P

As for the diet how often thru the day are you eating. I know some people feel that spreading it out thru the day is rubbish as long as you take in less cals than you need to maintain. But I feel that spreading it out worked for me when I was cutting. and It stops me from cheating as I get to eat very often. I also tend to stay away from carbs in the later part of the afternoon, but ofcourse this could all change. Do you train in the afternoons evenings or?
