How do I get the perfect boby?
I am not happy with my boby right now.
I want six pack abs, a big chest, a better job, and whiter teeth...here's my diet and workout....
DAY 1
Diet..
I eat stuff, like five times a day. Sometimes I'll eat a bunch of proteen stuff, and sometimes I'll eat other stuff..without proteen in it, for balance and shit
....and I drink a LOT of water.
1 Flintstones chewable...I like Barney the best..becaue I can bite off his head right before he says, "Hey Fred!"..heh heh heh
I want to take fish oil caps, but they keep getting stuck in my throat. should I drink the fish oil before I try to swallow the cap?
Workout...
lift something kinda heavy, like three times or something (X3)
pick new stuff up, then put it down..see above for reps.
I was doin' seated rows, but they made me stop 'cause I kept yelling STROKE! Dude, STROKE! chYahh..
I usually repeat this work out thing like, Um, two to six times a week. Oh yah, cardeo...I do cardeeo every day, usually three times a day, and I sleep on a treadmill...does that count? Doesn't matter, because I drink LOTS of water....Yahhh.

So why am I not Buff yet?
