Ok I've been bulking I need to try to workout my new macros im quiet confused ATM
My stats are
75.5 kgs
6 ft
17 (put as 18 in cals)
Training 5 days week
After training I relax as I'm on break from school
Supplements
Gynoload (carb sup)
Gettin serious mass by ON
1mr(trying not to take when bulking that much)
If anyone could help me would be happy due I'm confused
(and what spilt would anyone has is good ATM I'm on 40:40:20 with 3100 calories and a 1240 1240 620 spilt)
