Hi im new to this forum and i was just wondering if you guys can help me out? Ive been weight training for about a year now and have gained a significant amount of weight. I started off at a very lanky skinny frame almost anorexic for my height. I am a very big lad at 6ft 5. My weight was around 11st 5 pounds and i am now at 13st 11 pounds. But lately im starting to feel frustrated due to me not being able to put on any more weight. I always get to 14 stone then start dropping . What am i doing wrong? Is it the diet which i have to change or programme. I eat considerable amounts of food a day the recommended 6 meals with plenty of carbs (pasta, rice and oats), protein shakes and red/white meats.

Yes, its probably the diet or you are doing toomuch cardio. Why dont you post what your current diet looks like and we can help from there:)
 
Well to be honest i dont really follow a set diet plan anymore. But i blend it in with my old plan
Wake up 8am have protein shake mixed with 1 banana
3 blocks of weetabix with hot milk
4 whole eggs boiled

10am- more fried eggs with baked beans, two slices of turkey

12- two big portions of pasta

2pm- can either be another rice or pasta dish with some red or white meat

4pm- protein shake with nuts, sandwich

6pm- 2 potatoes with can of tuna

9pm. can be anything but usually have a good mixture
 
Then you need to learn to eat propery. Check out the sticky at the top of the thread called Guide to Dieting and see if you can come up with a better meal plan. :D
