Hi im new to this forum and i was just wondering if you guys can help me out? Ive been weight training for about a year now and have gained a significant amount of weight. I started off at a very lanky skinny frame almost anorexic for my height. I am a very big lad at 6ft 5. My weight was around 11st 5 pounds and i am now at 13st 11 pounds. But lately im starting to feel frustrated due to me not being able to put on any more weight. I always get to 14 stone then start dropping . What am i doing wrong? Is it the diet which i have to change or programme. I eat considerable amounts of food a day the recommended 6 meals with plenty of carbs (pasta, rice and oats), protein shakes and red/white meats.
