Ha OK I know I'm not the only one out there with em. Man do they suck. Sure it's funny to laugh at (even I did at the concept), until you actually get them. I'm pretty sure I've gotten rhoids from doing squats and deadlifts. I am almost certain that I am doing them with correct form. This is my 3rd case of rhoids over the years and it is getting quite annoying. Over time they go away, but the when they are present life is quite miserable. My question is, should I bother doing squats and deadlifts anymore if my body keeps showing signs that it is just prone to this type of injury? I really don't lift to get huge, but only really for health purposes. Are there other types of lifts I should do that should be safer for me? I know deadlifts and squats are two of the best lifts you can do, but I simply am fed up with the pain, itching, and swelling back there. It really knocks me out of doing cardio workouts for 2 weeks.
