Say your on a pretty strict diet, like chicken and rice for about a two weeks now , and one night you splurge and have like all you can eat Italian w/ chicken parmigan, pasta, the works, even some chocolate cake for desert, but then the next day your back to your hardcore diet. How long will it take to see the effects of your "cheat meal" and when do you know when all the damage is done? Now I didnt do this.... one of my "friends" did this
