Just saying Hi to everyone, I joined a couple weeks ago, just been lurking so far.

A little about me, Im 43 spent 15 yrs powerlifting. I had a couple injuries and subsequent surgeries that forced me to rethink my training.
Im 6'1" about 240 lbs or so. Down form 325 lol. Been around a while, Not new to ph/aas.

Pretty much now I train to feel better and to look better, but Im still pretty hardcore. Spend most of my time still doing the big 3 lifts, but I try to
do full rom now and not just grip it and rip it...

Anyway, its good to be here.

Thanks everybody. Yea Ive been around a while, been lifting since freshman year in college,1988. Hope all the kids get a laugh out of that. Powerlifted for many years, but injuries and old age have made me change my training. Any questions feel free to ask I may not know as much as some of the more knowledgeable members here but I have alot of experience to draw from.
