Looking for help with high energy breakfasts.
I am starting training this weekend, after having to lay off for over a month for one crisis or another,
, (it sucks!! I feel like I am only half alive! My posture is off, everything is jusst YUCK! Besides I feel like a whiny bitch! ). I have cereal, donuts and coffee are a check in a pinch( I know bad post workout!
