Cardio, a question I need answers on. Opinions needed on performing cardio right after BB/circuit training - or AT ALL :
I performed (high) interval cardio at 60-80% MHR right after weight training (36-4x week 20-40min session). I thought this was the right way and taking fat burners to accerate fat loss (ripped fuel). I was told I was hindering my gains in BB.
I know cardio is important, but would it hurt if I cut it out for a period (3-4 weeks)??
Logically, I think that I could cut it out for a peroid of time just to work on my muscles.
