Don't know if anyone here has posted this yet, anyway here is a good one.
I got this somewhere on the net a few weeks ago and we just tried it out yesterday. Damn good protein bars! Better then anything I've ever tried that came from a store. Got a little more carbs then I would like but it's a cheap way to get some protein in between meals, shakes, etc.
3/4 cup natural peanut butter
2/3 cup honey
1 1/2 cup skim milk powder
3 1/2 cup Optimum Whey chocolate powder
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. We used our Kitchenaid mixer. Your going to need some water added to get a stiff dough form. Spray a pan with nonfat cooking spray and press out to 1/2 inch thick. Refrigerate for a couple of hours. Cut into 1"x4" pieces and rap with selofane.

4 gr fat
13 gr protein
