(homemade style, not battered) perogies -- good, or bad?

How do perogies fare on the nutrition scale?

Looking at the basics, 4 perogies have:

250 calories
4 g fat -- only 1 of which is saturated (no trans)
43 g carbs (only 1g sugar, 2g fiber)
7g protein
not much cholesterol

They seem like a decent carb souce. What I'm wondering is are there any bad substances in the dough?

What's everyone's take?
 
My take is if you like them and they fit into your macros, EAT EM.
