Ok so I have just purchased 93-7 lean ground turkey, fat free cheese, and whole grain white corn tortillas that have 1 gram of fat and 5 grams of protein in them. I grew to a pretty stout 235 by bulking and eating large snouts of calories. Someone please tell me I can eat five of these tacos. They should have 5 grams of fat and 23 grams of protein a piece

What do you mean someone tell you you can? Are you still trying to bulk? I eat tacos daily while bulking with that exact type of meat. They're easy and quick to make and eat with good protein. I say go for it if bulking but 5? I eat two shells(71cal, 17carbs, 8protein per shell) and 8oz of the turkey at once. Don't see the need for 5. Maybe I missed your question?

No I am cutting. I've been bulking for about 5 years and I'm trying to cut down now. It's not nearly as easy as I had hoped. Thanks for any input

Sounds good. Things to note

1) Be careful about what oil you use to cook the meat - note how much calories each tablespoon of your oil has (and ground meat is good at absorbing oil!). Try to minimize the oil.

Don't fry the tortillas. Also, try to find low-carb versions of your tortilla. If not, get whole grain next time, it'll make you feel "fuller"

2) Throw some vegetables in there, they'll fill you up a lot more, pad out the tacos, and make it healthier. Lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers (sweet), hot peppers. Cook your meat with lots of onion pieces too - adds a lot of flavor and healthy.

3) Use plenty of spices on your taco meat too.

when it comes to food, i need to see pics, lol.
