How can i add as much weight as possible quickly

I stopped working out in the summer due to my labour job and i lost 20-25 lbs in under four months :( . Whats worse, is I've basically been sick from the end of summer till last week. I know some of my weight will come back relatively quickly due to muscle memory. But besides eating like an animal, what kind of training should i utilize to add the most poundage possible (body fat and/or LBM, either will work) in one month exactly.

The reason is I'm going to mexico and I'd like to have some bulk on me when I go. I started doing gopro's P/RR/S in a 3 day split fashion (i start my first RR week tomorrow), but im wondering if there's a better option?
 
Any competent routine is going to net a lot of weight gain quickly with the proper diet.
 
Personally for weight gain I see good results by doing 3 sets aiming at 5-7 reps , split it up into 3 days , for example.Also it is a must to utilize the "big 3" Ie Bench press, Deadlift and Squats, focus on those.

Back, Biceps,(Shoulders you can alternate, ie 1 week with back nextw/chest)
Chest, Triceps
Legs, abs

Although since you are only starting up again you might get away with simply doing a Full body workout , I know Cowpimp has a pretty good post somewhere.

To be honest, this battle is mainly in the kitchen though, DRINK A SHIT LOAD OF PROTEIN ..you'll put on a bit of fat though, but as you said...you don't mind.

So you'd take go to mexico fat?:confused: I guess the eat McDonalds reply wasn't out of line

Anyway as cowpimp stated get your diet in order and start a good routine and it'll come back, but I wouldn't expect to be a struttin stud in one month though. You can make a difference but you're not going work magic in 30 days.

I dont gain fat like normal people. It takes a LOT of eating before i start putting on body fat in unwanted places. Until i reach that point it kinda accumulates all over my body for a fuller look which is what I'm talking about.
