I stopped working out in the summer due to my labour job and i lost 20-25 lbs in under four months
. Whats worse, is I've basically been sick from the end of summer till last week. I know some of my weight will come back relatively quickly due to muscle memory. But besides eating like an animal, what kind of training should i utilize to add the most poundage possible (body fat and/or LBM, either will work) in one month exactly.
The reason is I'm going to mexico and I'd like to have some bulk on me when I go. I started doing gopro's P/RR/S in a 3 day split fashion (i start my first RR week tomorrow), but im wondering if there's a better option?
