How Long 2 wait b4 having (PWO)Meal?

Hi just have a simple q,whats a good amount of time to wait be4 you have your(PWO)meal?
 
45-60 minutes...
 
LAM does that include a shake? I though ASAP was best for that?
 
you drink a post WO shake then wait 45-60 minutes before consuming a balanced whole food meal...
