FUQ boys and girls, the longest I went was 4yrs. Age 23-27. Didn't even kiss anyone, go to the bar, date, etc.........then about 3years ago I went a little over 2yrs I think without. But..........I've been slowly making up for lost time and years...........

Hmm it's been a little over week now. Been 3 no maybe 4 days since killed a kitten or two, but that doesn't count does it.

The longest?? Nearly 9 months August to end of April. I was stuck in a hell hole called Destert Storm where not even a condom is safe in the sand!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, it depends on what your goals are.. You've been taking the 1 Test which should be done... I'm sure you still have some clenbutex... so the mass you put on... what is your next step? Bulk or Cut??

Bread in itself is not neccessary and can be bad for you so maybe you should just eat the chicken breast by itself!

I ma depressed..there is a guy in my gym..he is about myu height...but twice my size...and weighs 8 - 10 pounds LESS than I do!
