how long will it take to see strength gains(very minor ones) in my MMA? also when will i see improvements in my body? im not in a hurry and i know it takes years to get decent gains, but what about little ones

I've been working out for 11 months now and you can definitely see a major improvement in my physique compared to a year ago. Most people immediately notice I work out.

So you should be able to put on some real size in less than a year. In fact the biggest gains come from the first few months.

When I first started I saw noticeable improvements within the first 3-4 months. I was extremely diligent though. I haven't really missed a workout unintentionally since I started lifting 4 years ago, save for illness.
 
you could put on alot of mass in a year if ur diets in check. Even if dont improve ur diet you should b able to still notice a dif.
