How Many Calories/Protein/Carbs/Fat! Do I Need

ok I want to start my own diet programme....To gain 15-20 pounds

I wiegh 166lbs, 5"7

so How do I figure out what calorie count to start with also, protein, carbs and fat..

also what ratio should I start with and can soemone explain this ratio idea

can someone help me out...

is this right:

Protein-250g
Carbs-270g
Fat-80g

Total approx daily cals = 2800

Total approx daily cals = 2800

thats about right :) maybe 300-350g carbs.start out at that(what u posted(2800) ) and then after 2weeks if you havnt gained add 200cals then stay at that for 2weeks and if you still dont gain add 200more cals. when you get to cals you gain at stay at the same cals for few more weeks ;)
