ok I want to start my own diet programme....To gain 15-20 pounds
I wiegh 166lbs, 5"7
so How do I figure out what calorie count to start with also, protein, carbs and fat..
also what ratio should I start with and can soemone explain this ratio idea
can someone help me out...

Protein-250g
Carbs-270g
Fat-80g
Total approx daily cals = 2800
