the last three to four weeks weeks i have stalled with my weight loss. I am following madcows 5x5 template to try and retain strength and do cardio straight afterwards. I have done a refeed day the the last two weeks eating one gram per pound of body weight but has not really helped, how many grams of carbs should i aim to consume? Can i still eat about 13 to 14 x my body weight in pounds to calories?
Also on my refeed days would it be okay to increase my cardio to offset extra calories and carbs to still loose weight on that day, maybe two sessions of cardio?
