How many meals do you have after WORKOUT

because of school > I have my protein shake and 6th meal left..Should I try my best to throw in a workout as early as possible?

If I train during the week I follow an evening training session with a PWO shake (whey/glutamine peptides/maltodextrin) and then a light, high protein meal.
 
Workout when ever you can and when ever is best for you. A Post wo shake and a meal 6 is fine just as long as you are getting in enough carbs and protein to feed the body.
 
I always train 1st thing in the am...

You train on an empty stomach or you eat 7 times a day?
 
actually 8 times a day. Usually my first meal is only a nutrigrain bar, a small cup of oatmeal and a protein drink. Then directly after i have another nutrigrain bar, another protein drink, a glass of gatorade, and maybe a handful of peanuts. Im quite the little piggie. :laugh:
 
O ok heh, I assumed you didn't do it on an empty stomach.

Handfull of peanuts after the workout :finger: no fats post workout meal. Just bustin chops :p lol. Obviously its workin for ya. I wish I could fit 8 meals in a day lol.
 
I eat 7-9 meals per day. I have anywhere from 4-8 meals after my workout. I try to workout shortly after breakfast, but I used to workout at night and only got in a meal or two afterwards and still saw similar gains.
