Self-explanatory, how much do you do?

on a 4-5 day routine, if I am trying to cut, I do 20 minutes after WO and day off 40-50 minutes. Otherwise, I do zero cardio, but I take very short rest periods between sets, sometimes no rest so I stay pretty lean, I prefer doing zero:rocker:

I do Monday-Friday, 30 mins of interval training. Walk at 3.0mph for 30 seconds, then run at 8.0mph for 30 seconds. Sweatin' my balls off when I'm finished!

I'll be honest man, I am (anticardio) lol, I shouldn't be though, I always feel good afterwards... I mostly use the stairmaster and I am fricken soaked afterwards everytime!

Stairmaster is good, but, IMO, HIIT on a treadmill is the best form of overall conditioning. I don't know many people that love doing cardio.

In another thread, I think Heavy was saying that the key to his physique was cardio, cardio, cardio and then some more cardio. And, it's no secret, not many guys want to do cardio, they wanna lift heavy and lift hard; but, cardio is so neglected, yet it's incredibly important to overall conditioning and physique appeal.

You ever see dudes at the gym that do absolutely no cardio, they can FB 500 pounds, and have a massive upperbody, but they have a little belly on 'em.

I agree, cardio is great, I should do more of it. My dilemma, Golds gym, where I usually WO (near the house) is full of gear junkies, power lifters, and alot of outdated and unused cardio equipment. If I am going to do cardio, I go to 24 which is a 30 minute drive

I stopped going to Golds years ago. They really declined as the leader in physical fitness venues. The Golds I was going to had about a 70% broken equipment rate. With the addition of Anytime/PF and others, it's hard for Golds to compete. I think the 24 hour 10.00/month gyms are the fitness centers of the future.

our Golds was built new in 2007, but they used old ass equipment, lol. I know the owner, I get a good deal for the wife and I and I can get there in 1 minute, so out of convenience we've been members since it opened. but I love 24 and I only pay 36 bucks a year for life! When we either build or move again maybe within a year, hopefully 24 will be closer than 30 minutes. 24 is $25 a month here, another big gym here is LA fitness, they are seriously nice, but also not close.

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
90 mins sprint/puke/walk/repeat 4 times a week

45 mins diving laps of pool 6 nights (increasing lung capacity)

gym daily, sunday rest

right now my cardio is lagging

I lift weights 4 days a week. I try and do atleast 3 45 min cardio sessions weekly, but prefer 6 sessions a week. If working 12 hour days I do closer to 3 when I do 8 hours closer to 6.

45 min 3x a week. HIIT split between the tready n elliptical.

I'll always finish a WO with 10 min light warm down. Inclined tready after legs, elliptical after everything else. Seems to loosen things up and help with recovery.

I think you get better cardio from sports. I try to surf a couple of days a week, in the summer there is less waves. I have one of those trailers you put your kids in and pull behing your bike. I cruise my kids around the beach and park, they love it and it wears me out.

From the mail box and back six days a week.

I do 15mins post-workout it's all I need really.... Lifting wise I circuit train everything no rest exercise to exercise. Looking damn good too IMO, the beauty of being in your 20's and on Prop :)

Sex 4-5 times a week is all for me. And it's long duration cardio not HIIT :ohyeah:

0 outside of getting in 10k+ steps per day. I strength train for 40 minutes 3 days per week and that's more or less enough. I also eat a paleo diet which pretty much keeps me lean all year.

I run 5 miles a day, 5 times a week. Each run takes me 33-35 minutes. Keeps me in sub 20 minute 5k shape all year.

30 min on the stair master on leg days, and then it depends on what the waves look like. If its winter Ill surf for several hours almost everyday
