I've been hearing all of these horror stories about how eating too much tuna is bad for you because of it's mercury content. I personally love tuna. I eat 3 oz. of it every morning for breakfast (along with 6 oz of milk, fiber one bran cereal and dried cranberries
). Are there any negatives side effects for eating that much tuna on a daily basis? Will I wake up one morning with a third ear or some other weird deformity?
