I found the best way to blast your chest for optimum results is an exercise called "POL-TIN-WER-DUNST". This exercise i have been using for the past 2 years and my chest appreciates the new angles my chest is worked at!
Once again the execution of this exercise is crucial!
1) stand on a large surface that has 4 pointy sides. This is imperative so that the muscle is confused. Lift not the E-Z bar..but the Vassilicos bar which has the two handles in the middle. Lift this up with moderate weight and make sure your elbows dont touch the ground. This should really hit the inner-chest as you go from side to side....I usually do abt 4 sets of 20-30 reps.
