How to achieve killer pecs in secs!

I found the best way to blast your chest for optimum results is an exercise called "POL-TIN-WER-DUNST". This exercise i have been using for the past 2 years and my chest appreciates the new angles my chest is worked at!

Once again the execution of this exercise is crucial!

1) stand on a large surface that has 4 pointy sides. This is imperative so that the muscle is confused. Lift not the E-Z bar..but the Vassilicos bar which has the two handles in the middle. Lift this up with moderate weight and make sure your elbows dont touch the ground. This should really hit the inner-chest as you go from side to side....I usually do abt 4 sets of 20-30 reps.

Try it and see what you think!

wtf???????/how are your elbows going to hit the ground if u are standing up????????? and stand on a large surface that has 4 pointy sides u lost me tottally

I don't think anyone here is interested in the "results in seconds" approach. If we were we would be ordering crap machines off infomercials, not discussing real workouts.
 
I find that letting your elbows touch the ground doesn't hurt the exercise at all... but you have to keep your back straight and you can't bend your knees.
 
Here's a great idea for a chest exercise. Now, you need Konan present for this one. Get him to stand arms-length away from you facing you. Now, put each of your hands on his temples. Push together on his skull as hard as you can. It's okay if you bend your arms a little; the object is for you to make Konan's head burst into pieces, and you'll need all the force you can muster up to pop his thick skull. The unfortunate thing is that you can only do this once, but when it's over you'll have performed a great movement for your chest and shut this moron up for good!

Stand on your tip toes then without bending touch the bottom of your heel then spin up and down. That'll hit those pecs!!!
