As GreatWhite noted, diet for sure. That is the place to start
High Intensity Interval Training
This type of training can be peformed with resistance training and/or cardio.
It is composed of highly intense short sets integrated with short rest periods that keeps you heart rate elevated above 75% of your heart rate max.
EPOC
This type of high intensity training creates a condition referred to as EPOC, Excess Oxygen Consumption.
Maxing Out Your Credit Card
EPOC equates to overcharging your credit card. You end up having to pay off what you owe plus interest.
In other words, EPOC means your metabolism remains elevated for hours after your workout is over...spending more calories/body fat to pay off your debt.
Like Kenny said, go to the kitchen and fix your diet. Once you get that, you'll be allowed outside to do sprint intervals, but only if you eat all your veggies, haha.
^THIS!^ Ken's post is on point as usual. DO NOT get caught up in the "I just do alot of cardio and exercise to mitigate my crappy diet" mindset. Unless you enjoy feeling like a hamster on a wheel.
