How would you rate your metabolism (slow, average, fast)?
What kind of training do you do?
How often do you train?
What is your current body type?
What is your target body type?
What kind of food (if any) are you allergic to?
Describe your food availability (shop for yourself, have to eat school food, etc)?
How much sleep do are you able to get at night?
Convey those details and maybe we can sketch something rough out for you.
