Hi this might be an odd question but I want to know how to decrease mass the best way. I am about 20 pounds overweight and I know that I have to lose that weight first but in the process I DON"T want to increase my bicep, chest or leg size. Basically I'm going for that skinny cut look. Now
"unfortunately" I was born with a very defined muscular body, now this was fine until a couple of years ago when I graduated high school, I got out of shape and gained alot of weight. However this weight that I have gained almost makes me look as if I've gotten into heavy bodybuilding, not only has my belly gotten bigger but so has my biceps, chest and quads. I often get asked if I've been working out when in reality I am in the worst shape of my life. Anyway I have started to lift weights and do cardio along with watching my diet very closely. But I am almost hesitant when doing exercises such as curls and squats as my arms and legs are already very large and have that bulky look. I fear that if Continue to workout I will just add more bulk, which is the opposite of the look the I am going for. If anybody has any tips or advice for me I would appreciate it, thanks.
