How to train rear delt?

So guys, I don't know wich is the best excersise for train rear delt:

I do this excersise for train my front delt:

And lateral raises for train my lateral delt.


Can you describe me some good excersise for train my rear delt?

there are many exercises for rear delt but what is posted above will do. i do them sometimes leaning on my side one arm at a time. or you can stand up hold dumbbells and lean forward as if you want to touch your knees with your head and do the raises leaning down like that., these are very effective as well as the one arm exercises but you should not use heavy weights.
 
And the other excersises that I do, they are right?

Dumbel press for Front delt
Lateral raises for lateral delt
Bent over lateral raises for rear delt
 
I do front dumbbell raises for front delts

My rear delts were lagging so I decided to work them 3 times a week alternating reverse pec deck, face pulls, and bent over laterals. I focused hard on increasing PR's on an almost weekly basis mainly with the reverse pec deck. Happy to say, I am very pleased with my progress. The classic BB'ers called this 'priority' training.
 
rear delt can be done twice a week if lagging...it can be done right after a back and lats workout.
i split my shoulders workout myself, i do front and lateral with military presses one day that could be right after chest and rear delt another day after lats
