Hunger issues on EQ

I'm sure this has been a well-debated topic, just wanna get some more thoughts in the hat.

Currently on week 12 of 600mg of EQ along with some test. Trying to cut up a bit for the summer and the vascularity and endurance are really coming in handy. There is just one obstacle in the road.. THE INSANE HUNGER.
I usually keep strict to the diet with a cheat meal once a while but this is my first time running EQ and I can't stop myself from eating everything in the kitchen, especially in the evening.
Also haven't noticed much from the EQ up till a few weeks ago, so haven't enjoyed EQ for long I am wondering if I should see this out or switch to a compound like mast? Will be cycling for another 8 weeks.

Perhaps any other tips to combat this hunger.. I drink enough water.
 
I'd stick with the EQ bro. Hunger pains will go away.

I personally sometimes use EQ primarily for the hunger pains when bulking. After week 8 for me, the hunger pains start to dissipate, and by week 10....I no longer get them. Not everyone is the same but the pains should start to diminish soon. If you are cutting and want to lose your appetite, I'd consider running some tren. It will help harden you up and it's great for cutting....when I take tren, I hardly have any appetite. Clen is another option. I'm not suggesting you use any of these compounds because I don't know your stats and history.

Have a big container of celery handy.

Full of fibre and takes more cals to digest than it contains - perfect for cutting.

This is very good advice. As bland as it is it, just chewing it burns more cals then it has and then as theCapt says you burn even more through digestion.
 
and it'll fill your tummy, eat lots of salad too just watch the dressings
 
Why not just take advantage of your appetite and eat more, and increase your training volume?

There is no such thing as overeating - just undertraining
 
yeah Eq makes me that way too i do it for that but i'm always on bulk cause i burn so much and I need to eat like that to keep size on but these guy's def gave you great advice Vic knows his shit and Digital Does too

EQ does the exact opposite to me. I actually lose my appetite w/ equipoise .. Shows you everybody is different. I take 400 mgs a week as well.
