Hey guys,
I don't know if this is the best thread to ask this but i will anyway. I was squatting today and i went down, past parallel, and on my way back up i felt something pop in my lower back. I was leaning forward too far and it felt like my spine kinda popped. I don't know exactly what that means but now it hurts to lean over or even walk. I can feel it on the left side of my body mostly. I was only doing 285lbs so i guess it coulda been worse. Any advice i would greatly appreciate. Im icing it as i type this....i don't know what to do. Please let me know if u have any useful advice.

BTW...the shitty part about this is I'm on my second week of a cycle of test. Im miserable.
