..for the newbish thread!

But i need some help with setting up a rotta for my training..

..Since i'm a lone - trainer ( I don't go to any gyms ) i am unable to learn off others

I want to set up a training schedule for Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays..

..I have the required equipments ( free weights, bench, bb's & db's. etc. etc )

So what i'm asking for really, is for an experienced weights lifter to help a diss-knowlaged trainee by telling him what he needs to do..

..Any takers? =/

Why not go to a gym? The atmosphere helps me a ton compared to lifting at home.

..Yeah, i have tried orginising things with a friend who's allso keen on getting into shape

However, For the time being, i'm restricted to training by my lonesome at home..

..All i need is a list of the best excersizes for my arms ( tris & bis ), chest, back & legs

& i can't find a site or anything that lists any good excersizes or excersizes at all..

Anyways...
Start basic. Curls - Standing, Hammer. Shoulder press, kickbacks, lunges, all sorts of flyes for the chest. You have plenty to do.

And as for going to the gym on your own, grab an mp3 player full of your favorite tunes and go do your thing brother.

Read some of the popular journals on this forum. Most of them list great workout schedules and exercises. Pick out something you like or devise your own.

I'm still getting used to how these forums work.. ( the gallery, the journals etc.etc )

..With the help of musclepump and the link LAM left me, i devised a pretty nifty shcedule with nice excersizes!
