i can only workout 4 days a week

i can only workout 4 days a week.. and they are 4 days in a row... would you guys suggest lifting 4 days in a row or doubling up some more muscles and going on like 2 on 1 off 1 on routine? ... i was thinking POSSIBLY

chest / back (9 sets each but back is inclyding deadlifts on some weeks)
off
shoulders and legs (7 , 3 ( legs cant do much just some squats becuase of a health problem))
arms (6, 6)
 
I might try a full body workout: 2 on, 1 off, 1 on, 3 off...
