hey guys how are u all im new in here and im honored to join you all, guys i
used to weigh 160 and my fat percentage was 10% .. right now i gained 15
pounds and i weigh 175 pounds and my fat percentage is 21% .. i really feel
that i didnet gain that much muscle but fat on my stomach though i used to
work out hard and eat healthy food.. i dont see that much muscles though.. ,
my freinds was like my weight and now they are like 175 and look much
bigger than me .. so what to do to reduce fat and why didnet i build muscles like them?
