I love dbol and the strength and size gains but can't stand the forearm pumps that I get when doing back or bis. After about 5 or6 sets my forearms are so tight and burning I can barely grip any weight. Currently on 30 mg a day with test and deca. Pretty sure it's the dbol as I'm only on week 2.5 of the cycle and wouldn't have thought the long esters would have kicked in yet. Has this happened to any of u guys?
 
Yeah I'm on week 2 of mine also, 40mg a day, I have found that spacing the doses out can help.
 
Add 10g of taurine to your workout water bottle, potassium helps as well.
 
Yes, 50mg a day taken in split doses. The pumps can interfere with gripping, motion, etc. That's the price we pay for the increased red blood cell production. Make sure you stretch prior to workout, including stretching the forearms.
 
Mine haven't been demobilizing. I'd rock the taurine at maybe 3g/day and add some potassium.

I reccomend straps on back day. But that's just me.
