He's a Belgian Malinois. The link tells you all its powers.

Badass Guard Dog

Pitbull for me. Best dog I've ever had.

Also a fan of pits, but the dog in the OP is beautiful. I would get one if I had the time to properly care for it.

You wouldnt be disappointed.
You should see him run around the yard with my Boxer mix. She cant touch im. He takes turns on an almost 75degree angle and FAST. If you look into his eyes its almost as if he want to say something. In a way it can be creepy because, idk, it just weird sometimes. Like his up to something lol

Beautiful pits

I really hope you read the link I posted. Its a short read. If quite fascinating. Since he was a rescue I finally decided to do some research on the breed. I was blown away. Because everything it says is absolutely true.

Feel free to post your badass dogs too.

No toy pets allowed. We're talking about Alpha Dogs for Alpha Men.

Right on KelJu. Most people think about getting a dog and think of what the dog can do for them. Nice to see when someone thinks about what the dog needs as well.

BTW

Was Trixy a "badass" dog? She looks like the alpha one in that pic :winkfinger:

I had a pit. Great dog. I grew up with a German Shepard and he was a great dog as well. Most, if not all dogs, can be great dogs. Just raise and treat them right and it will happen.

That badass guard dog is a beauty for sure. Great friend and powerful foe I bet.

What a great pic, he blends in perfectly with that desert camouflage.

I've a Boxer, and that dog is somethings else, too. Thinks it's human, but isn't a very good watch dog! Doesn't even bark that much, soo mellow.

I think I may get a Belgian Malinois for my next dog.

I joke that My Boxer is a blockhead. Dumb as nails lol. She acts more like a cat. She listens, but when she wants to. But she is a mix and also a rescue. I wish I could figure out the other side of her...Still very hyper and loving and shes my true baby girl. And the both of them work together indoor and outdoors. when someone knocks at the door they literally run and slam up against the door. Best way to show unwanted guess to guess whats behind Door #1??

If you cold only have seen this one black UPS guy knock and then haul ass :roflmao: and the package needed a sign. but said fuck it and dipped out LOL

Thinking of getting a dog? What about a rescue? This video is very heart warming.

All this dog needed was a hug. [VIDEO]

It made me tear up. Yeah I said it, big deal. wanna fight about it? Im a compassionate man and love dogs. Sometimes we just need a hug. Even Animals.

Lol...Mine is pretty smart, does anything I say. I rescued her in 2000 and she was 1 1/2 yrs old & that dog is still going strong. I think she knew she was being rescued and is just very thankful & shows appreciation. I swear, if you would've seen this dog in her kennel, you would've saved her too. She was the only dog not wanting to maul my head off and was focused only on me.

When I asked to let her out of her kennel, she ran right up to me and wrapped her neck around mine and gave me a hug.

I just had to take her.

I have a Belgian Malinois too, she is a packet of rocket fuel. I also have 3 American Eskimos and they are the smartest dogs I have ever met. The Belgian got knocked up by the smartest Eskie and now I have 3 of her pups out of 7. The 2 boys are muscular hell on 4 legs if anyone broke into my house I'd feel sorry for them, the girl is tiny and so sweet she won't let me out of her sight when I'm home. It took less than 15 minutes to train them to sit stay and heel, just brilliant obedience. I think I've invented a super breed....

My Belgian does the same, we have an accordian security gate because she cracked the wood door, she runs full bore at the gate her head shoots through the opening and her shoulders slam the gate, she busted two 1/4" bolts so I beefed them all up with 5/16's and nylon lock nuts....also has to put rubber pads to muffle the sound of metal smacking metal...

HA! Nice!

they live long. Like 12-14yrs.

btw did you read the link about them I posted in the OP?

At home she was the queen and the pitts kinda let her do what ever she wanted. I guess we can say she was the Alpha, lol.
It is funny cause paco(black one weight over 75 pounds) and daisy was around 55 trixy weight 6-7:roflmao:

IDK why my photos have been diapering. In the OP, no more photo?

Belgian Malinois

By now almost everyone has heard of the elite team of Navy SEALs that took out Bin Laden, but accompanying the soldiers was what is looking more and more like some sort of science-fiction super-dog.

Apparently the Navy SEALs use these highly trained dogs to sniff out bombs, seek out targets, and quickly subdue threats. The dogs are routinely fitted with armor vests, night-vision goggles, and titanium teeth, making them less “man’s best friend” and more “holy crap that killing machine is going to destroy us all!” They even wear wireless communication devices that allow their handlers to see what they see and communicate orders to their dogs. I don’t know about you guys, but I find these scarier and more amazing than any tank or fighter plane.

If he is nurtured Im not surprised shes the Alpha. The guy has no test with his balls cut off.

A German Shepherd/Yellow lab mix. Interesting mix. I can see more of the Shepherd in him/her. My father had two Yellow Labs. Everytime I came to his house the girl would do this howling like sound like the Alpha is here lol.

All toy dogs are fucking ankle scratches and barkers. My neighbor has 2 of them and they're fearless. My two dogs with their jaws trying to catch one of them accidentally getting their head stuck between the cross link fence worries me.

I told them if they just block these two areas and since they're 4 inches tall it could be a mini like fence.

So I just let them do their best to maul the fence and soon a toy dog lol.

Hey i have a malinois too. Dogs have been one of my biggest hobbies for a long time. This is my malinois Mason's Shadow. 4 year old male that ive had since a pup. "gsd's" ?? Mine isnt a pure bread as you can tell by the lack of a dark snout but he has all the characteristics of a Bel Mal. Its rare to find pure breads at the county shelter. I know there are places around the states that take in breads but I couldnt do that.

But thats wicked cool that you trained him and he a handsome looking dog. I like the idea that they replace their K9s with titanium. But thats only when in action or training they bite so hard they bust a tooth.

read this about them. Im sure youll already know what they're saying but its a wicked article Badass Guard Dog

do you have any pointers or a web page you know about thatll help me train better him? Since inside the boxer mix is the alpha i cant touch him w/o her getting in the way. but outside he owns her lol

^^^ yea TJ check out workingdogforum.com. there are plenty of malinois and gsd owners over there and all are focused on bettering their dogs. oh and sorry gsd=german shephard lol. there is plenty of good info on that site no matter what you want from your dog. obedience, bitework, PPD, sport, tracking, etc.
