Are you saying that the ab muscles on one side are much "thicker" and more developed, or that the "cubes" on each side are of different sizes??

whoopsie should have probably said that well ye the left side is much thicker and devoleped!

oh ya my abs are uneven too liek the left side is longer than the right side but that i knwo is genetics1

Well, if one side of your abdominal wall is more developed than the other than either you have poor nerve innervation to one side of your abs or, you are somehow favoring one side during ab exercises.

You can try using more concentrated focus on the weak side during any and all ab work and also can try some twisting crunches, twisting rope crunches, and twisting leg raises to the weaker side to see if you can equal up the development.

Add 3-4 sets of twisting work for the weaker side after each normal ab workout.

what do u mean twisting crunches like oblique crunches..lol can u plz enlighten me lol

I mean do your crunches while twisting your body toward the stronger side. Sort of like elbow toward opposite knee. Consciously try to feel a hard contraction on your weaker side. You can do the same with leg lift type movements.
