Ok lets start!, Im only 25 years old male and I always had a pretty lean but muscular body, well about a year ago I started to get Cellulite on the front of my stomach ( where the abs are) first I thought it was a result of my lifestyle at the time (parties, lots of drinking) so I stopped drinking, running more, started to eat more vegetables and fruit, but the problem did not go away, well, I told a friend about my problem and he advised me to start a training based more in repetitions and intense cardio in order to get more ripped, well a couple of months have past and im pretty lean and ripped but the Cellulite still there, do you guys know any method to get rid of this crap?, I mean im only 25 years old and my abs just dont look 100%, and im tired of killing myself with all this cardio! besides I thought only girls were supposed to get this crap.

it is not normal to get a condition like this in a area that is worked regulary,
if your diets in check and you do several hi rep sets every day for your abs you shouldnt have this condition.
you prob need to see your dr.
the first thing is you need to know whats going on with yourself,so you have some peace of mind and im afraid that i will say most of us here prob. cant help with that

You're supportive, but you're wrong. You can't spot reduce, for starters.

It could be anything from a change his diet or simply growing older.

True. First you should check your diet. Looks like you've done that. Then, start a total body work out. Don't spot reduce. It doesn't work. You have to work out the whole body or it isn't worth it.

Yes, the site is mostly for women but it's mostly women who get cellulite. If you do have cellulite then you'll likely have to combat it the same way they do.
