expend more calories than you take in, basic weight loss equation. Start slowly, 100 calorie deficit the first week, then 200 the next.....
 
If you need to make weight for a competition or look ripped for a photo shoot then just dehydrate yourself. You might want to define how much weight and how soon is "soon"?

hopefully British dragon trenbolone e helpes me lose weight. 5 days on it so far and all is well. using ATD as a test booster at 75 m.g e.d. i dont eve n think about sex anymore it's so strange, very focused on going to the gym instead. just wondering how much longer until i notice something?

About the same amount of time as it takes you to sort your nutrition out.

Reduce your calories 300-500 below maintenance, cut your carbs, and increase your good fats and protein. In terms of training, keep it low volume and heavy and add some hill sprints and LISS in there for good measure.
 
You want to lose weight quickly - join a sports team. I'm sure there are plenty rec leagues around you. Your teammates will push you to get better and healthier.
 
Dieting's probably the healthiest way. Fastest way is probably what this dude did:
