During the reps I felt it more in my glutes and hams and some int he lower back than the quads..Mostly in glute and a lot in hams...I think it may be because im doign them wide...i dont go VERY wide though..so im just wondering if this should happen..also since it doesnt workj the quads very well if you do them wide stance what should i be doing for quads then?
