Like it says. Been out for a while.Last new supp I tried was Hemavol. What 3 supps would you recommend that have come out in the last year and why. Protein, muscle builder, vascularity, etc. No need to mention stims, I`m not a fan. I`m well versed in training, PH(anything "new" I should know about?), injectables(any new blends?), etc. I`ll do the research myself, just looking for a shortcut as to what is WORTH researching. Thanks in advance.

Methadrol, cyanostane, super dmz. "Supps" is a grey area but they are legal.

Thanks. I`m familiar with Cyanostane.
I`ll research Super DMZ and Methadrol.
LOL, I have enough "dark side" and grey area stuff squirrelled away.
Whay haven`t these been banned yet?

Athletes are usually subject to more significant injuries such as muscle and joint pains, sprain, and etc. There are a lot of supplements that are beneficial to a person recover from injuries faster. Some of which provides fast recovery from injury-produced inflammation, and a quick return to your training and competition. And it is very essential also for an athlete to have a proper diet and vitamins.

If you've been out for a while, for the first three months I would recommend nothing. Just the right diet, training and rest. After that I would stick to what's been around like whey and creatine mono, maybe a multivitamin. I find everything else a waste unless you ditch the legal supplements and move onto gear. I don't know of any injectable supplements out there.
